Very close to the airport the room was clean comfortable the shower was very hot which was a blessing considering how cold it was outside the breakfast could have been better I didn't quite rate their whole food but other than that it was a free breakfast so I can't complain too much
Just stayed for a layover but this hotel was very accommodating and easy. The shuttle was efficient, rooms were clean and staff was friendly. I had to take the shuttle to the airport at 445 which is before they serve breakfast. However they provided me with a little bag of breakfast snacks !
This is my hidden gem when I visit. Right next to Minoru Park, 15 minutes to the sky train station and Richmond Centre, this place is great. $13/night for parking. I'm a light sleeper, so the road side is a bit loud for me, but Aditya went above and beyond and helped find me a wonderful alternative. Thank you so much! Update as of 02/16: Suraiya helped me out with extending the time in my room without having to move out! Thank you so much!
We needed a room close to the hospital because I had surgery in the morning. The location was also great because it's close to the park and I was able to walk in the park at night and again before my surgery which I thought was absolutely great. My husband loved the breakfast in the hotel. And the king size bed was decent.
We stayed here for the night after our long flight from Japan. There's a spicey Chinese restaurant next door if you're into that. Room were clean, good service, and breakfast ain't bad. We enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend it.
Friendly n cozy hotel n but it is not a full service n a limited selection of morning breakfast is being provided. No on site free parking, but u may take the sky train instead, it is only within 15 mins walking distance. Come n see. Cheers.
When we saw all these poor reviews I have to admit concern. Our one night stay was everything one could reasonably expect. Friendly staff, rooms were clean and modern. Equipped with good cable TV selection, fridge, microwave, and iron/ironing board. A basic continental breakfast and shuttle to and from YVR. Some excellent regional Chinese food nearby. We’ll be back.
Overall the Hotel was nice for sure. After a long day of travel the young lady that checked us in was very helpful. The room was clean and well looked after and the shower was wonderful. We would certainly stay here again and I would recommend this location to my friends as well.
